Restaurant “I Granai”

Located in the heart of the picturesque Tuscan Maremma, within the renowned Montecucco Estate, the “I Granai” Restaurant is an excellence of the ColleMassari Group. Originally used to store grain reserves, today this restaurant offers its guests the most delicious traditional Tuscan dishes, expertly paired with award-winning wines and oils produced directly from the estate. The cozy and refined atmosphere, combined with the authenticity and quality of the products offered, makes the Restaurant “I Granai” an essential stop for an unforgettable gastronomic experience in the Maremma.

The raw materials we use are strictly of regional origin and local. The extra virgin olive oil is produced in our hills and the herbs and vegetables, different depending on the season, come directly from our organic garden. Our wine is the fruit of the vines that climb the hills of Maremma, as well as our grappa, and our spelt, is grown in the fields surrounding the estate. The delicious dairy products and the traditional Chianina meat, finally, come exclusively from animals bred in the heart of Tuscany.

The organic vegetable garden located in the heart of the Montecucco estate was created with the intention of sharing our passion for genuine flavors with our guests, and to transmit our love for high quality Tuscan cuisine that respects our traditions. Hence the creation of our menus, strictly seasonal, that our chefs will adapt according to the diets, allergies or food intolerances of our customers.
