This privacy notice is provided pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 to those who access and browse the following website: www.collemassarihospitality.it   It describes how the Website is managed with reference to the processing of personal data relating to users who access it.

Consorzio Le Scuole S.C. a R.L., with registered office in via Montecucco, Poggi del Sasso, Cinigiano (Gr), represented by its legal representative pro-tempore. They are the Data Controllers, or Joint Controllers, of your personal data (the “Controllers” or “Collemassari and Consorzio Le Scuole”). The above-mentioned Joint Controllers have entered into a joint controllership agreement pursuant to Article 26 of EU Regulation 2016/679, under which they have undertaken to:
    • Jointly determine the purposes and methods of processing the Personal Data of Data Subjects
    • Jointly determine, in a clear and transparent manner, the procedures for providing Data Subjects with a timely response should they wish to exercise their rights pursuant to Articles 15 and following of EU Regulation 2016/679
    • Jointly define this privacy notice in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679

  3. WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA – WHAT ARE THE PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR DATA
  4. “Personal Data” means any information capable of identifying, directly or indirectly, a natural person, in this case, you as a user browsing the Website (“Data”). In particular, Collemassari processes the following Data:
    • your first and last name;
    • your contact details (i.e. telephone number and e-mail address);
